This is the first emerging head. Inside is a stuffed plush bunny toy. The dawning sense of aesthetic for a little girl is "cute, soft, fuzzy" and so this is what is in her head.

Helpful excerpt from the description of the entire series: "The 'progression' referred to is the sense of personal aesthetic with growth and maturity. That is, what we appreciate aesthetically changes from the time we are a baby until we are old. Inside each of the clear heads are embedded objects intended to show this, and each head is at a different stage of emergence from a base."
